Jesus, they're not just cool uber hip Manhattan design kids, they uttered my magic word: usability. Lemme get a napkin; I think I just splooched my pants.
Especially after seeing how my friend Brett just wrapped up a summer internship at his dream NYC web shop and it seemed to live up to all he thought it would be (sending him off on his last day with a brand new iPod helps), I have a feeling that I'm not putting them up on too high a pedestal. The last time I felt this strongly about a job opening was when 37signals hired somebody last year.
